Now time for this week’s interview. My guest today on Adult Site Broker Talk is Chris Crisco of Choice Films. Chris thanks for being with us on Adult Site Broker Talk. It’s so nice to be with you, thanks. It’s a pleasure. Chris is a creative force shaping the adult entertainment industry since 2008. Before making his mark in adult film, he produced a talk show on Sirius Satellite Radio. But it was an adult content that he truly found his calling directing, producing, shooting and managing some of the industry’s top talent across gay and straight platforms. Since founding Choice Talent Management in 2014, Chris has discovered and championed a new generation of male stars while building a reputation as a trusted mentor and advocate. In 2024, Chris launched Choice Films, an adjacent production company focusing on collaborative content. Good, I didn’t screw that up. Through Choice Films, he shoots original scenes with his models and other performers from around the world. Now celebrating nearly two decades the helm of choice, Chris continues pushing boundaries in how talent is managed, supported and showcased. You can find them on X, Instagram and TikTok at Choice Films and that is with the Z. Their new website can be found at ChoiceFilms.com. Chris how did you get into the adult industry originally? That is a very good question and thanks so much for that wonderful introduction. Thank you. I feel like a total superstar now. So the story all starts in 2008 during the recession. As you mentioned, I was a producer on a talk show on Sirius and right at the height of the recession, Sirius and XM radio decided to merge, thus forcing out each of the companies essentially cut half their workforce. And I was one of the lucky ones to get cut at the time. And so for about a year, I was not even a year, it was probably six months. I was looking for work and it was probably around August of 2008 when I found a post on Craigslist when Craigslist wasn’t a place to die yet. I found a posting for a job with Lucas Entertainment, which is a foreign company in New York City as a marketing assistant. Now I don’t know anything about marketing, but I thought what a better place to start learning about marketing than a porn studio, right? Oh, big one too, yeah. Yeah, exactly. So I applied and had an interview with Mark McNamara, who you guys may know as a big porn director as well, who was the head of the marketing department there. We had a great hour conversation, chit-shatted like two girls that knew each other from kindergarten and he gave me the job. I love the way you put that. I mean, we were just like thickest thieves, the two of us, right from the start. So I started the next week and was working under him for about a week and a half, maybe two at most. And then I met Mr. Pam, who at the time, I believe I may be wrong about this, but she may have been the first cis woman director in gay porn at the time. And she had just come back from shooting the Men of Israel series with Michael in, I can’t remember what cities they went to, but they sort of toured Israel and shot a couple of their exclusives. So she came back to New York, I met her and as girlfriends do, we chatted about our past lives and she’s originally from the Bay Area as am I. And so we ended up finding out that we knew a lot of people in common. She knew that I had a theater background. So I was a performer and she’s like, "You know what? I’m going to bring you over to the production side of things." She’s like, "You don’t belong in marketing." So I left marketing. I left Mark and went over to production within two weeks, really, of starting the job. And I started off as the Lube and Condom Boy as she called it. I had a little sort of fanny pack that had the condoms and the lube because back then it was all condom and then held the boom pole for all the production. So I was attached to her and sort of followed her as a rubset and we shot together. And as the years sort of passed, she taught me camera work. She taught me how to film on a video camera. She taught me how to shoot stills and sort of grew in the role as casting director, production manager and sort of held that title for a couple of years until she left in, I say, 2012, she left. So I had like a good three and a half, almost four years with her working beside her. And then she left and I sort of took over the production department. So I was there writing the scripts. I was directing all the movies, filming all of them. And I worked hand in hand with Mark McNamara on the big budget movies that we shot around the world. And it just got a chance to really travel and direct and meet new people. And it was an incredible time, a blast. But then in the end of 2013, I started thinking, I was like, this is, I want something different in my life. And that’s when the idea came to me to start choice talent management. And that’s sort of the progression of how that all started. Okay. So talk about going from directing for a major studio to becoming a model manager. Yeah. So, you know, working in this industry, you know, I don’t think there’s quite an industry out there where you’re as vulnerable as you are as a performer. So in directing, you really get a chance to open up with the talent and they get to be as honest with you as possible. And a lot of the stuff that came up was the fact that they thought they were being mistreated by either their agents or head studios or just felt like they were invisible sort of in the industry. And I was thinking to myself, like, God, I was like, you guys are all so great. You all are great performers. It’s like, there really needs to be an advocate out there for you guys and a place you feel safe. And if you go, you know, go to a set and something’s off that you feel like you have somebody that you can call that can help you in a situation. And so that’s sort of when the wheels in my head started turning. I’m like, you know what? I was like, I’ve always been sort of the protective mama. In my whole life, I’ve always liked taking care of people. I got a lot of Jewish mother in me. So I get it. Exactly. So I sort of felt like there was a need in the industry for somebody who just took the extra step in helping people get work, feel safe at work and really feel like they had a voice in the industry even when at times they didn’t feel like they did. So in Ed, it was January 10th of 2014, I left Lucas and immediately, I think within the week, set up all my licenses, set up my LLC for choice talent management and just hit the ground running. And it took a good year and a half to establish a good roster and to really get in with the studios and let them know that I was around and, you know, had a good pool of models to start with. And it’s just grown into this big thing. And, you know, it’s turned into a really great little company. And I’m very proud of it. Yeah. So how has choice talent management been going so far? It’s been going really well. I close to 80 performers on my roster at this point and work with all the major brands in the States, in Europe, Canada, pretty much everywhere on the planet. Anywhere there’s a studio, I work with them. So it’s been going really well. Couldn’t be happier. And, you know, my relationships with the studios are all great. I appreciate them. It’s just for standing by me all these years and it’s been great to establish those relationships. How did you get Choice Films started in the first place? So this is sort of a long story. So one of my models had brought it up to me about a year ago. He said to me, you know, you’ve got a great roster of talent. You really should start a studio. And look, I obviously have worked with studios and the thought of starting a studio all by myself with absolutely no capital sounded like absolute nightmare. And so I sort of dodged the question and the proposal of starting one for months and months. And it wasn’t until I had a bigger conversation with my good friend, Mark Henderson, who’s the big time erotic male photographer that like nine books out that are really great. So he’s sort of been my my mentors for his photography and just worldly and just knows so much. So I sat down with him and I said, somebody gave me this crazy idea of starting a production company. What are your thoughts? And he thought about it for me and he said, you know what, I think it’s a great idea. And I’ll tell you what. He was like, you have a fantastic roster of models, which, you know, I knew and I know he’s like, you’ve got the background, you know, how to shoot photography, you had a shoot film, you know, how to edit on both of those. You edit a film in no time. You edit photos because I’ve taught you, which was true. And I was like, you’re right, I do have all of the tools and as production manager for many years, Lucas, I knew how to produce a content house or production house, you know, where I’d bring in models from all over the world. We’d shoot together for, you know, two, three weeks and then everybody goes home. So I sort of had all this in my toolkit of knowledge. And he’s like, you’d be silly not to. And I was like, you’re very right. I was like, but I don’t know if I can do this on my own. And he sort of assured me. He’s like, you know what, you’ve made great relationships throughout the years that you have been working where if you need any help, people will be there for you. And I was like, holy shit, you’re totally right. This makes total sense. And then the next week I put my first production house together, which was in January of this year for Vegas and shot at the AVN Expo and the Gavian AVN week essentially. And we shot 57 scenes in seven days. And it was incredible. The energy was there. I mean, everybody was on their game. Everybody really appreciated the fact that we were there to shoot as much content as we could for everybody. Because one of the things that people had been telling me was that they get invited to these collab houses like in Thailand or Barcelona. And they get in the house with all these like amazing content people. And all they do is just shoot TikTok videos of each other and maybe a collab or two the whole week they’re there. And I was like, that’s bullshit. I was like, if we’re going to go to a collab house, we’re going to shoot nine or 10 scenes a day. Everybody’s going to get five or six or seven scenes in the week we’re there. Like we’re not doing a week of TikToks. Like yes, they’re important and they should be done, but the collabs are more important. So we shot as much as we could in Vegas and it turned out really great and everybody was super happy. And so we’re just continuing it and doing another big one in Puerto Valleta next month, like I guess next month’s tomorrow. But it is the 15th. We start a big production house there and we’re shooting about 45, 46 scenes there in five days. So again, another crazy production schedule. So button for punishment. 57 scenes in a week. That’s got to be a record of some. I guess. Yeah, it was intense, but super fun and we had a great time. And not only 57 scenes, but we also went to the after parties. We went to the ABNs, the gay BNs, work the ABN Expo for four days. So did all of that and shot 57 scenes. So didn’t sleep. So hardly slept. And at the end of it, we all got the, as they’re calling it, the AVN flu, because it just sort of went around like wildfire. Everybody got the flu. So wrapped up production with the flu. So at least it wasn’t at least it wasn’t COVID this time, right? That’s true. That is very true. It can be worse. It can always be worse. But I have heard about the AVN flu. Definitely. Just another reason to skip it. So for me. So anyway, I have other reasons. Totally. All that. How does choice films work exactly? Why don’t you get into some details? Sure. So, you know, unlike a studio, which I didn’t want to be, choice films works completely on the collab system, as they say. So I will shoot the collabs and at the end of it, the scenes get dispersed with everybody who was in them, including the photos. They get all the raws. They get everything. And we all just launch them on our content platforms and sort of help each other promote those scenes as much as possible. So I don’t work on this on the system where like I post the content first, you know, and sort of let the models get it weeks after I do. No, we each have the scenes at the exact same time. And you can post them whenever you want. I shoot a lot of behind the scenes stuff. So you can promote stuff with the behind the scenes footage or the photos that I take. I really do give the talent as much promotional material as possible so that they can promote the scenes prior to releasing them or during the release to just bring in the fans. The other thing that I do is when we go someplace, you know, I’ll invite all of the talent that I have for choice talent management. And I’ll say, I’m going to this location who is interested in going. And then based on the feedback I get, I will put together a house, invite those people and then look for talent that they can work with that are local. So, you know, when we go to Mexico City, I’ll bring some choice models with me that want to go and then we will collaborate with the Mexican models that are there. And this all is to broaden their partnerships and collaborations. And also, you know, when you work with an international creator, you tap into that market and then they do the same with ours. And so it sort of helps grow the fan base. That sounds fantastic. Yeah, I mean, doing it internationally is great because like you said, broadening the fan base, I would imagine that that’s really good for everybody. Oh, yeah, totally. I mean, there have been people that we shot in Vegas and even in Mexico City where people on my page, I’m just on Choice Films are like, who the hell is this person? Why didn’t I know about it? And that’s the whole point is to bring people in, subscribe to Choice, check out the models. You know, if they don’t know a choice model, they get to know them. If they don’t know the international model that they’re working with, they get to know that person too. And the whole point is for people to just discover other people and to follow them and follow their only fans or their platforms and just sort of grow the industry that way. How is Choice Films helping grow the roster for choice talent management? Well, to be honest, because I have close to 80 people on my roster, I haven’t really brought in any new talent to the choice talent management side of things. And that’s only because I’m a one man shop. I run both businesses all by myself. I understand. That’s my gig. Yeah. So, you know, so it’s very hard to stretch myself in and not have things fall through the cracks. And the last thing I want to do is hurt my model’s chances of getting studio work. Because that’s what I started the company for, was to get models, to get work with big studios. And the choice films aspect of it just sort of developed because the talent, you know, I think everybody in the industry has some sort of content platform. If not, they should be. But you know, they were finding it hard to collaborate with people in their own cities. Right. So the guys in LA, they’re like, oh, God, there’s nobody here to collab with. I’m collab with everybody. And I want to expand my horizons, essentially. And so my whole thought was, I’ll get you out of your current situation. I’ll get you out of LA. I’ll get you out of New York. We’ll go someplace and you’ll work with people who you may not have access to. And they, you know, vice versa. They may not have access to you. So it’s sort of like a win-win situation. How about the other studios? How have they responded to this? They all think I’m pretty much fucking crazy. I think I’ve lost my mind. I mean, they’re all very supportive. I don’t have one studio that I work with that is just thinking that I’m going to fail. They’re all very proud of me and think that what I’m doing is great, but they all also are very upfront about how crazy they think I am about doing all of this on my own. It’s a lot. I guess it was the pre-Gavian party at, I don’t even remember what hotel it was. And we had just shot, I think, nine scenes that day. And I walked over to the sister Roma who works over at Falcon Naked Sword. And I was like, "Hey girl." And she’s like, "Hey girl, what’d you do today?" I was like, "I shot nine scenes." And the look on her face of absolute disbelief and what just, if I could have taken a picture of it, I would have framed it because it was priceless. She just thought I was out of my mind. She’s like, "I am proud of you, but you are nuts." And that’s sort of how I feel like most of the studio hours are. You had a line of people to tell you you’re nuts. Congratulations, you’re nuts. Congratulations, you’re nuts. Yeah, exactly. Do you need a fun to get therapy because we’ll pitch in if you do. So, yeah, they’ve been great about it. But yeah, they do think I’m slightly, I got a couple screws loose in my head. Not to suggest another project for you, but is this going to lead to a choice pay site? I never say no to anything. I don’t say no to anything. At the moment, no. But the management team that I am working on with is pushing the idea. So I don’t know, it’s in the future, possibly, but at the moment, no. I mean, with all that talent and all these scenes, it just makes perfect sense. For sure. But when it comes to actually creating a studio, studio and a proper website, I feel like my aim in the game would have to change a little bit and I’d have to sort of deviate from the way that I give my performers their films. Well, I mean, content partnerships are very, very common. You’re doing it already, really. Right, right, right. But I don’t know how it would be on an actual paid studio platform. I don’t know. It’s, like I said, I’m not saying no to the idea. It’s just something that if it does happen, it’ll happen down the line. I think the existing model is they do get paid and they get the content. Whether there’s a difference in how much they get paid, that I think varies from studio to studio. Yeah, like there’s several studios I work with that do like, they’ll do a full-fledged production where the models get their studio rate and then they’ll do a content house part of it as well, where they shoot the content, they’ll put it on their platform and then anywhere from 30 to 45 days after it’s been launched on their site, then the talent gets it. And I don’t know how I feel about that because I feel like it sort of undercuts talent because by the time they get it, everyone’s sort of seen it. So I feel like sharing it all at the same time, now whether you all put it out at the same time is up to you. But I feel like at least having access to it, being able to do with what you want with it should be awarded to the talent. That’s just how I look at it. So talk about, and I’m sure you got many, any exciting scenes that you’d like to mention? That’s a hard one. There are so many good ones. It’s hard to pinpoint any. But what I do have to say is I obviously know all of my talent very well. I know their personalities, I know what they’re like when it comes to shooting content. And what surprised me by doing these trips is that people will start asking me to do things that they would normally not do. So one of the things that I’m also shooting along with Choice Films is, so I’m doing the Choice Films, which is the normal sex scenes. And then I’m also doing the Choice Films, which is slightly kinky. So one of the things that I used to shoot a lot of at Lucas was kink content. It was like fisting and water sports and big toys and things like that. So I have a big background in that type of filming. So a lot of the guys have been curious about it. And they’ll be like, "I’m really curious about doing a scene with somebody who knows how to fist or knows how to spank or knows how to fill in the blank." And so I’ll set that up for them. And they sort of do stuff that they’re uncomfortable with in thought process, but come out of it super happy and their fans end up liking it. So it’s been, I don’t necessarily have favorite scenes, but what I’ve had are favorite growth processes that I’ve sort of seen happen and evolve through shooting Choice Films. So that’s the stuff I’m more proud of is the fact that like my guys are willing to take my advice, take my knowledge of things and know that they have a safe space to try new things and that if they’re curious about something and I don’t know the answer, then I’ll bring someone in who does. And so they’ll always have that safe work environment where they can try new things. That’s my favorite part about it is just being able to be there and educate, handhold people through experiences. Cool. You mentioned Porta Viarta. Give me some other exciting places you’ve shot and some that you have coming up. Sure. Well, Choice Films is very new. The idea launched in December of 2024 and started shooting in January of this year. So we haven’t shot a lot of different places. I mean, we’d shot in Vegas in January. I did a Mexico City trip in March and PV in May. So as far as Choice Films, that’s really the only places we’ve gone. I mean, it professionally, I’ve shot all over the world. So there’s a lot of places that I’ve loved to shoot at and will want to return to. Like where? Costa Rica was amazing. We shot for, I think, three weeks or four weeks there and we shot like five or six movies for Lucas. And it was crazy because we rented this villa in the middle of the jungle in the southern part of Costa Rica. And I have a deep fear of anything living that isn’t a dog or a cat. So for me, so for me to be... You didn’t get eaten at least. No, no. But we dealt with snakes and all kinds of big spiders. And it’s really, I mean, if I didn’t have a heart condition before I left, I definitely came home with one. But so Costa Rica was beautiful. I filmed in Nicanos and Madrid, Barcelona, Ibiza, London, Birmingham, Manchester. I mean, just really everywhere you think of. Sicily, Milan, Paris, the list sort of just goes on. And all these places are cities that are on my bucket list to go back to because I have models that I know there, that collab that I love for my models to interact with and shoot content with. So I really am bringing back old faces and new faces into the folds when I go back to travel. Very cool. Where’s your favorite place that you’ve ever shot? There’s lots of places for different reasons of why I loved it. Costa Rica, I would have to say, for just the incredible scenery that we had to work with. We had private waterfalls, the jungle, the film, and it was just incredible. The landscape was just unbelievable. But then shooting in Nicanos on a private villa, looking out across the agency, and all that just like there’s just so many beautiful trips that we’ve had that it would be hard for me to pick a favorite place. But I do have a very special place in my heart for London. And so I, you know, I’m a theater kid. So part of any London trip when I go to shoot is to spend a week on the West End and see as many shows as I can. Sounds like me with jazz. So there you go. Exactly. I do that for a week. Yeah. So if there’s a way for me to like get a small vacation into wherever I’m going, then I sort of relish in that idea. And London is one of those places. I combine my jazz shows with getting over jet lag so it works out well. Nothing like the blaring of a couple of horns in your ear. Oh, baby, you know it. How does shooting scenes for choice films differ from shooting studio scenes? That’s a good question. So, you know, one of the things that sort of differentiates studio work from content work is the fact that the models really get to make all the decisions. And that was sort of the reason why I wanted to start choice. I didn’t want to come in and just start directing. Like that wasn’t my point. I didn’t want to come in and be like, this is my idea for the scene. And I think that you guys should do this and this. These positions, my whole thought process was I wanted everything to be shot as natural as possible. I allow my models to choose who they work with, what positions they want to do, how the scene is going to look, if there’s a theme, what the theme is, you know, and that’s one of the things that they really appreciate because, you know, studio work is one thing, you know, a lot of times they don’t get a decision on who they work with or what positions they do or how it’s shot. There’s really no creative licensing with them when it comes to that stuff. But with choice films, I come in, we sit down, we sort of go over how they think the scene should go, how they want to start it, how they want to finish it, who’s going to come first, you know, whatever it is. And we sort of rehearse it, you know, just to be like, okay, where are you guys going to start? Where are you guys going to finish? You guys going to end up in the bed? Or so far, off, hanging off a waterfall? Like, how do you want to sort of see this thing going? And sort of we sort of just kind of walk through it and obviously it evolves while it’s happening. But you know, the point of these scenes is to make them as authentic as possible so that they’re having sex the way they want to have sex. And that’s sort of, that was the way I wanted it to work out. That’s the way it should be, unfortunately. Often is not in our lovely industry. Very true. So I hear you’re working with some amazing creatives and brands. Why don’t you tell me a little more about that? Yeah. So another aspect of what I wanted to really do and give my models the opportunity to experience was to work with brands, you know, it didn’t have to be Nike and Adidas, forgot to say, but like, I thought there were, there’s plenty of gay brands or LGBTQ plus friendly brands that are all about putting their brands on models on, you know, just free advertisement. And so what I wanted to do was I wanted to get brands to sponsor our shoots and send us underwear and swimwear and things that the boys would feel sexy in that just sort of ups the quality of the production. I mean, I know when people are watching porn, they’re not looking at the underwear, right? But the models feel sexy in them. And it’s sort of just boost their appeal, I guess, in the scene. They sort of just feel sexy and feel get in the mood by wearing really hot underwear. And so I wanted them to be able to work with different brands, become affiliates, become brand ambassadors, because that’s not something that they would work on on their own. And because I’ve worked with so many brands throughout my career, I’ve really just wanted to invite them into this adventure of mine and just say, Hey, we’re going to do this thing. You know, we’re going to have these great models. If you want your brand sort of showcased, we would love to do so. So the brand that I used to work with a lot when I was at Lucas was Modus Vendee. It’s a brand based out of Greece. And I’ve always really liked the fit of their underwear and their swimwear. So I’ve always really looked to them as a great sponsor for things. And when I started Choice Films, they were the first company I reached out to. And they immediately said, Yes, whatever you need, we will send you. And so they sent us a wonderful box of just incredible underwear that we used throughout the entire shoot in Vegas. I even took it to Mexico City. And the guys really enjoyed it. They, you know, they all love the way it feels and they want to become brand ambassadors, you know, and things like that. And then we had Gun Oil, which is a Lube company, sponsor our trip in Vegas. And they sent us bottles of Lube. And so, you know, they were prominently displayed in the scenes and you can see the boys using their products. So my whole point is I want the models to be exposed to different brands. I want the brands to sort of know that they have a place that they can have their products showcased. And it’s just all, you know, everything, you scratch my back, I scratch your back, but it’s all just make everything look pretty. And, you know, hopefully this all works out for everybody. I guess no tidy whitey. So I mean, who doesn’t love a good tidy whitey? I tell you, I don’t. But anyway. For us, for us gay men, we love a good tidy whitey on a map. But it’s, we just, we just want the guys to look sexy. And so it’s nice to have brands that can sort of work with us on that. So how are the models with choice talent management responding to your new venture? I would say the majority of them are really into it. They’re all very excited. They are all, I mean, even, you know, we haven’t even shot Puerto Vallarta, but they’re already asking about where we’re going next. And so it’s, it’s nice that they are excited about this project and they’re going along the ride with me, because a lot of them, as I mentioned before, do feel stuck in the cities that they live in and really don’t feel like either they’re courageous enough or have the personality to just get on a plane and go somewhere. But if there’s a bigger thing to do and they can be safe with other people, part of the choice family, as they say it, then they’ll go and, you know, and they’ll participate in these, in these houses, which is great. And so that’s sort of the intention of it. But there are other models that I have who have a very specific way of shooting. They have their own cameraman that they like to work with. And that’s fine. Like I’m not saying that that’s a bad thing. Like they’ve got their own brand. And so they don’t necessarily take part in the choice film stuff, but, you know, they are part of the management company. So I do get them work still and we’re all still a very close family. So it does work for some people. And for some people, it’s not really their jam. And that’s fine. So take us on a day of shoots. How does it work and how quickly do you finish a scene? Okay, so get ready for this is one of those things where it’s like the train pulls out of the station and it doesn’t stop and goes 350 miles an hour. It sure does. So the way that these content houses usually work is I put a schedule like an Excel spreadsheet on my Google drive that all of my talent has access to. And it essentially gives hour and a half time blocks from 9am until 1030, 11 o’clock per day. So that’s like eight, nine scenes a day when the math is done. So what they do is they contact the talent that they want to work with and they’ll put themselves into the calendar so that we know what’s happening at any given point throughout the day. So the model will come in. I will have them fill out my own 2257 paperwork, which I will not negate on. It’s how I want to run the company. It’s just it’s a safeguard for everybody. I also collect IDs, you know, I have them fill out a questionnaire form. And then once all that’s done, we go through the wardrobe, which is either a swimsuit or a piece of underwear that I don’t need anymore than that. Exactly. And then we’ll take photos and I’ll sit there and I’ll spend 25 minutes to 30 minutes photographing them individually and then as a pair or if it’s a three summer, three summer group, whatever. And then after the photos are done, we’ll sit down and we’ll sort of be like, Hey, where do you want to shoot? How do you want to start and finish? Let’s just kind of walk through it as just a base line, right? And then I’ll just follow you. I shoot everything sort of gorilla style. So I’m constantly following the models. So from start to finish, everything gets done in 90 minutes. Sometimes it’s done quicker and sometimes five or 10 minutes over. But if it does go over, the next talent comes in, they start doing their paperwork and all that stuff. So it’s sort of just we make up the time. But for the most part, we have been able to get things done in under 90 minutes, which is great. So they come in and they’re out the door in 90 minutes and we’ve got a great scene with great photos, great video. Yeah. So it’s pretty quick and we’ll get, you know, as I said, like anywhere from five to nine scenes into the day. So would you say that your style of content sex is better than studio sex and why? I hope there are no studios listening to this. I love you all. I appreciate you all very much. But yes, there is a vast difference between studio sex and content sex. And you know, I briefly mentioned this before, like there’s nothing like shooting something where you feel like you’re in your own bedroom and doing things the way you want to do. The chemistry is much more authentic. The last thing I really want to be told is stay in this position for five to 10 minutes and then you’re going to transition to this position and you’re going to do that for five to 10 minutes. You know, they want to sort of just do it the way that they want to do it. Well, they’re artists. They’re already exactly. And it ends up like you can see on the other side of the camera, you know, you day the chemistry is always on point. I haven’t shot one scene where the models didn’t like each other or felt forced. Everybody was really into it. You’re having great sex. Some shots were amazing. Like there was nothing I would have changed. But having been in the studio world, sometimes you get talent that either don’t like each other or thought they liked each other until they were in the room together. And it was sort of a painful shoot. You know, a scene you thought was going to take two hours ended up taking 12. So you know, it’s just one of those things where being able to give them as much creatively way as possible just makes for a much easier day, which I’m always for. Absolutely. So tell me about any funny stories about things that happened while you’ve been filming scenes for Choice Films. Well, there’s a couple that have happened and really there’s something that funny happens every single time I shoot. And mostly it’s because I trip, I fall on something, you know, because a lot of times Oh, your cluts like I am very good. And a lot of times, you know, I’m so focused on looking at the camera and what I’m looking at that I trip on a cable or I or I’ll trip on a leg that I didn’t see was there or I’ll fall into them or what, you know. So there’s a lot of that kind of stuff in Vegas. I was shooting a threesome and they were doing like a standing train. And so like, you know what, let me let’s break for a second so I can get underneath and get like a really great shot of, you know, double penetration from underneath. And so I was like, just give me a second. I was like sort of snaked my way underneath their legs and got like eight or nine minutes of some great penetrating shots. And during that time, the guy who was in the middle, you know, I guess was getting fucked good and was fucking good because he pulled out and just came bucket loads all over my face, my camera all over my shirt. It was hysterical. And the great thing was they just kept going and I was like, okay. And then I was like, okay, let’s stop. Let’s, you know, let me get out from underneath you and we’ll transition into the next position. Time to take a shower. Yeah, I would have loved to have taken a shower, but I’d like three more scenes to shoot after that one. So, so it was just funny and I’ve got a great behind the scenes clip on my only fans of that whole moment and just seeing my face covered and calm. It was just, it was very fun. And that’s, and it’s nice to just be able to laugh about afterwards. And, but it’s, it’s fun stuff like that or shooting a fisting scene where the guy pissed all over himself and I was just drenched in urine and just, you know, there’s just a lot of, a lot of things that happen on set. And you’re just like, you know, I take my, my, my prep and my doxy pep daily like the talent does just because I’m usually at the end of the day covered in all kinds of bodily fluids. So it’s just kind of like, it makes for a fun day because you just don’t know what the hell is going to happen on set, which is, which is good. I will take your word for that. Okay. Look at my behind the scenes. You can get a full, a full view on everything that happens. I will look forward to that. Well, Chris, I’d like to thank you for being our guest today on adult site broker talk. And I hope we’ll get a chance to do this again soon. That would be great. Thanks so much. Thank you. My broker tip today is part six of how to buy a site. This week we talked about the sales agreement. So now both you and the seller have signed the agreement. What comes next? There needs to be an escrow setup where you send the money, whether it be a one time payment or a deposit. If you’re going to be making payments, the seller for their part puts the assets of the sale into escrow, namely the domains being sold and any other tangible assets. Your attorney can give you more information on that. We recommend escrow domains for escrows. They’re a firm out of Washington, DC. And no, they’re not paying me to say this. I just use them, trust them, and am delighted by the work they’ve done for us. Either an escrow agreement will be drawn up by them in the case of a custom escrow, or if it’s a simple one, it can be done right on their website. Then you, the buyer, the seller and the broker will be contacted by escrow domains with further instructions such as wiring information. The escrow is opened, and either the deal closes within a matter of days, or an inspection period is allowed. It all depends on what the agreement calls for. Whether you need an inspection period really depends on whether there’s still some information you need to find out prior to the deal closing. Your broker and your attorney can advise you more on this, and it’s on a case by case basis. Then the money is transferred, as are the domains, and the deal is closed. Now in many cases, in fact, most of the time, the seller either stays on board for a period of time to help with the transition, or is at least available on an on-call basis to answer questions. This is something most buyers should ask for. But at this point, you pretty much own the website. What do you do now? We’ll talk about that subject more next week. And next week we’ll be speaking with Andy Wulmer, the traffic captain of Creator Traffic. And that’s it for this week’s Adult Side Proker Talk. I’d once again like to thank my guest, Chris Crisco, of Choice Filmz and Choice Talent Management. Talk to you again next week on Adult Side Proker Talk. I’m Bruce Friedman.
