Now time for our property of the week that’s for sale at Adult Site Broker. We’re proud to offer a premium cam site launched in 2010. It was designed and developed for models by models. Many of their current hosts have been with them for over a decade due to high traffic, high payouts, tons of earning options, a robust model interface and more. The site has safety features like the ability to block and report customers, geoblocking and geohiting. The owner started an adult as a doorman at the Men’s Club of Charlotte. As an entrepreneur with little coding experience, he built their prototype site. The first dancer from the club made some money, more followed and the site took off. Their database has over 127,000 registered users and over 1,100 registered models. Potential buyers with access to models, dancers or creators can onboard their current talent and increase sales quickly. White label owners can instantly double profits by switching to their own platform. Also, investing in recruiting and hiring hosts or onboarding new talent pays off instantly. If a host is added today, it is reflected in revenue immediately. Only $926,000. Now time for this week’s interview. My guest today on Adult Site Broker talk is Cole Bing of Player. Cole, thanks for being with us on Adult Site Broker talk. Thank you for having me Bruce. Yeah, it’s great to have you. Cole is the visionary founder of Player and that’s called PLAIR, a groundbreaking platform designed to empower creators in the adult industry by fostering collaboration and professional networking. Cole’s journey to building player began with personal experience after trying his hand as a creator. He encountered significant challenges in finding collaborations and navigating the industry. This experience inspired him to research and deeply understand the obstacles creators face, shaping the foundation for player. The strong background in designing user focused solutions and a passion for technology, Cole’s worked extensively on products that enhance workflows, communication and collaboration. Drawing on this experience, he assembled a dedicated team of professionals who share his vision for supporting creators and building tools tailored to their unique needs. The player team is committed to creating a platform that fosters meaningful connections, professionalism and community growth. Player launched its beta in January and has now fully launched. It helps creators connect network and schedule collaborations in a safe and professional environment. New members will get a one month free membership as part of the team’s commitment to supporting creators. Creators interested in joining can sign up at player.com, again that’s PLAIR.com, and to secure their spot. Shared passion unites Cole and the player team for innovation and creator empowerment. Their combined expertise and dedication aim to shape the future of collaboration and professional growth in the creator economy, creating a space where creators can truly succeed. Visit them at player or again that’s PLAIR or player.com I should say, or on IG and X we are player. Okay, how was your commercial Cole? Thank you so much. Great, thank you so much for the introduction. Okay, that’s all the time we have today, sorry. Okay, cool. Besides what I just covered, what is PLAIR and what inspired you to create it? So, PLAIR is like a mobile app that supports content creators in the adult industry, just really to connect with each other and form collaborations. And we really want to make it really easy to find meaningful connections between creators and really just make more content and make everyone succeed. So, what inspired you to introduce it was my personal experience. I watched a TV show, Shears and Greak, and then Moira said in the show that "Take a lot of news now and wonder you have way kinder eyes looking at them." And I was like, I’m really comfortable with myself and my sexuality and my sexual life, and I wanted to try. And the only thing I was taking off during the pandemic, so I was like, yeah, let me do it. And then as soon as I started, it was really difficult for me to make connections because I didn’t want to do solo, so I tried to find people, but it was quite hard. I go through X and DM, I repeat, but usually my message is lost. And sometimes it’s really difficult to find the time together and you don’t know where the people are. So you never really get a chance to meet. So then I thought, why does nothing like it? Because I’m a queer, so I use Grande and they use other dating apps. I was like, why does nothing like it in a market do so? So I did research with my team and they all like it, oh, we should do it. And so that’s how Claire came to life. There you go. Yeah, I commented when we were talking before about your very interesting accent. Why don’t you explain it? Yeah, so I grew up in China and from the Northeast, that’s how I learned English in the textbooks. Like when I was in school and all the tapes I’ve listened to is operated English. So that’s how I learned, but I’ve been living in the US for nine years now. So a lot of words, tomato, tomato, right? Separate them now. Cookies, not biscuits. Yeah, you got the British form, didn’t you? Yes. You got a little bit of the accent too. Yes. When the first time I came to McDonald’s, I was in Indiana the first time I visited America. I’m sorry. I was like asking for it. It was fun. Like I visited my friends and then I said, okay, can I have some potato chips? And they don’t understand me. And I was like potato chips and then our French fries. Ah, ah. Oh, that’s fantastic. Potato chips. Oh my God. Yeah. Well, yeah, they kind of are. Yeah, neither one’s healthy, but what are you going to do? So, you don’t go to McDonald’s for health food, do you? You know, I love McDonald’s. Oh, well, yeah, you’re still young. What problem does Player S.O.L. for creators and how does it stand out from similar platforms in the adult content industry? Yeah. So, most of the platforms are really fun-based, fun-focused. So, really for creators, connect with fans. But it’s kind of like a professional connection between creators. And also, when I did research, most people are struggling about there’s no safe space because a lot of scams are online also, multiple accounts. And they got a lot of messages. So, it’s just really hard to form a meaningful connection between them. And I think that’s like the discovery part of the collaboration perspective is really difficult for creators. And also, like, because if they’re Instagram ads and just for fans, or fansly, like all these kind of platforms, that people are not really to message each other. And they can’t search username and stuff. So, all of these tiny things make it really difficult for creators to really find each other. Another part is the location. Though people usually don’t put where they are based on their platform. And then they’re relying on, "Okay, I’m traveling here. They may have one post." And then this person may already be buried from other posts. So, it’s just really difficult for people to meet. So, I think like as a location-based mobile app that really helps creators connect. And also, there’s a travel feature that you can put yourself in other cities. You can roam yourself in another city and a lot of people discover you. And in the meantime, you can search in different cities and find people before your trips. So, I think like that’s really can help people to discover each other. And also, about messaging, we have in-app messaging. So, that really helps people to, like, you got messages only from creators, not from like your friends. So, you will always get like a request from the people that like you want professional connect and schedule collaboration who’s interested in you. So, I think like that’s really make us stand out. And we develop a mobile app. So, that’s another thing. We’ve considered to do a bad version first, but it’s kind of you have to relying on the email notifications, messaging or notifications. So, also, since we’re in our adult industry, so verifying ID and make it more secure is on your phone. It’s like it’s really important to build the trust. So, that’s one thing we find, building the trust is really important in the industry. So, that’s how we kind of like build a player like this. Yeah, that’s awesome. I love the location based nature of it. I think that’s fantastic. Sounds like that makes a big difference. Yeah, so like because of the dating app, I got a lot of inspiration like on dating apps and you know, it’s just, we want to connect, but I’m not here and you’re not here. And when we’re going to meet, we’ll lose the connection. So, you spend hours in the chat and don’t find out, oh, we can’t really meet. So, efficiency is important something a lot. Yeah, a lot of dating sites and dating apps, I mean, they show people from, you know, halfway around the world. It’s like, oh, that’s nice. But how does that help me? Yeah, exactly. So, I think for collaborations, that’s great because you’re actually in the same place and then you can do your collab. Yeah. And so, we guess like another thing I think for the new creators, especially what I experienced is like, I needed a content. Like most people I interviewed spent six months or a year to find their niche. So, like a mass produced content is really important so they can study which type of content to get more views, get more followers so they can produce more and find their brand and to build their brand. So, I think like this also helped like the new creators coming into the industry and encouraging more people to produce more videos. That’s great. So, that leads into the next question. Who is your target audience and how does players support creators in their careers? Yeah, so we have two type of target audience. One is of course, existing creators. They already have the only presence of their ads and they’re producing content and the people are like applying to become a content creator on different platforms. And so, they are verified in essence. And so, they are also the people who want to shoot and they want to network. And because I interviewed a lot of people that they prefer to shoot with and non-creators. So, it’s hard to find these people. So, also created this place for them to connect and to create content. Yeah, to share the content forms and stuff. So, yeah, we have this two type of audience. Okay. And then what about the support for creators in their career? So, really talking about the content creation. So, to find a niche and also create a high quality and also find people with the same interest and similar style. And another really important thing for creators to collaborate is when they collaborate, they will exchange fan base like their videos. And they will have the fans to explore more and then that’s really benefiting both sides or like a group of creators when they do cooperation. How much, by the way, has having been a creator, how has that helped you with the player? I’ve been in tech. I’m a user experience designer for years. And so, being like really feel my users, learn about me users is really important. And my personal experience of being a creator has really helped me to deeply understand, feel the pain because in design flow, in our design flow, we always need to find the pain points of our users, talking users or persona. Totally. And I become the persona. Yeah, I became the persona and I met other personas and then learned about the experience. So really, like it when I designed the app is really coming from like the real real pain that everyone experiencing. Okay. And do you guys continue to reach out to your community and ask them, you know, for ideas? Yeah, absolutely. Like we even know like we’re launched. And we still like constantly talking to creators and our users and also like joining all the networking events and talking to people, our experience because currently we are focusing on network. And then in future, we definitely want to feel like a collaboration management is really important because different people have different preferences. And so how to make a forming collaboration easier and schedule easy, easier. And that’s our next goal. So how does a collaboration work on player from beginning to end? Yeah, so you can sign up and create your player profile. So in the sign up flow, you need to really well verify your ID and also your access to your only pants account and your ex account. And just to make sure that you’re a real creator to keep the community safe. And then once you’re on, you can search global, see the global creators and the local creators like who’s near you and you can search by all genders. And we have two different badges. One is with no badges, just a general ID verified people. Not maybe they’re not ready to be a creator, but they want to shoot. And then the blue badge is they link their ex and the golden badge is they are linked their own events. So you know who is like a true creator. And then you can chat with them, send the request. Once the request approved, like you find the look at your profile is great. And you can start chatting in the app and send the images and like a share your collaboration style and what you want to do. And then to negotiate anything before you send a invitation. And within up, you can send a calendar invitation to form a collaboration and also player app also support group chat and group cooperation. You can invite people within your network and even people outside of the player and send them a link. And so they can join a collaboration. And then one step forward and we have a collaboration review and anyone need to cancel and stuff like we also have a feedback. So yeah, in this process, our player profile is really detailed about all your stats and also your social links and how many followers they have. And also how many collaborations you have you had created through player and how many network you have and within player. So those are all through interviews that we learn about people care about these scores. So they know who is more legit and to shoot. Yeah, of course, that’s not completely fair to somebody new. I understand that they want to see who people have worked with. What about the payment flow? Is there anything involved with that? Yeah, so payment we will we are subscription based. So the basic player basic is $9.9. So is for you to use locally. So you will still be discovered a schedule travel plan and be discovered by other people and you can still view profiles in other cities, but you’re not able to message them. So that’s the only limitation. And for player pro is you can use it globally. You can people you can message people in other cities on your trips on a go. So there’s only two different between the two and the pro version is $25. What about the payment flow on the collapse? So the payment flow, there’s no payment flow class and player doesn’t handle payments between creators. In general, creators also this is a natural between collaboration that creators hold their own content. So we do provide a place that you can put your Google Drive link and then so you can upload your raw footage and then share with each other. Each party got their content and they can add it to their own way and post it. Okay. What features on player are you most excited about and why? So I would be the travel one. Yes, once you’re in the industry, a lot of people like to travel to make corporations and a lot of time they are in a city. They can’t find a way to find people and this will be like really helpful. They can maximize their trip time to make content. We talked to a lot of creators that they always go to different cities and they want to make them also fit and they want to do shoot some content. But sometimes it’s really hard to they sometimes they have a spreadsheet. Actually, a lot of them have a spreadsheet or like a notebook that they wrote down the people on ag they found from eggs and their username. So under their CD, if they know and then they will like a reach out before their trip. So like I think the player will definitely help. A little more efficient. A little more efficient than a spreadsheet. God knows we don’t use those near as much as we used to used to use them for everything. And now there’s an app. There’s an app for that. By the way, something you mentioned earlier, you mentioned fans Lee and you mentioned just for fans. And I certainly know Dominic very well, the owner of just for fans. He’s been on the show a couple of times. Are you seeing a lot of collabs on platforms other than only fans? Yes. So the only reason we are very fine only fans because like the variation flow is only fans has an open link. So we can scrap the code we all send you our user code and they add to the bio so they can get verified. And so we can scan their bio because of the other platforms. They don’t have an open profile. So their pages basically locked you have to have a count. So we are trying to tackle that in the next phase. Yeah. So better like we definitely like I want to support all platforms and also we do have the people you don’t have to have verified only fans if you don’t have it. So but once you build your profile and you have your excellent and people can really see that you are a creator. And also we do moderate our web users. So just make sure everyone is serious about it. Yeah. And I know just for fans is certainly very, very prominent in the gay space. And you need any help connecting with Dominic if you’re not already I’d be glad to put you guys together. And he’s also very cutting edge. He’s always coming up with new things for his creators. So I have a feeling it would be something that he’d be very interested in talking to you about. Yeah. That would be awesome. Thank you so much. No problem. How do you ensure player remains a professional and safe space for creators? Yeah. So as I mentioned that verification is really long. Like the sign up of a flow is quite long, not really long, but quite long. It just like we want to make sure people are serious to sign up so we don’t skip this steps. And also like we do take the people’s ID verify and we use a third party service to verify people ID. So make sure your age appropriate. And also it’s not a free platform. So like also another God real to make sure that people are serious about this. And another way is to we monitor my monetize like all the content and also people’s compensation session. And we will flag improper content that on the platform. And also we do have the report user feature. And so if you feel like someone is a scam or like trying to sell something and do anything. You can report the user and we will bend their account. We will investigate and then it counts if needed. Nice. Nice. Tell us more about your background. What led you to work in the adult creator space? Yeah. So my background was an architecture and I become in attack UX designer. And I’m always the fun person. I love going out at parties a lot. And I used to host parties in New York City in my tiny studio and in Manhattan. And it’s called the clubco. It’s open invitation. And sometimes my my 500 square feet place will fit like 80 people and people just everywhere play music. And just enjoy. Would have been great during COVID. Yeah. Yes. There’s right after COVID. And like they all deliver the band. And also I just really once I moved to the U.S. I’m really exploring my sexuality and also being more open about like myself and my partners. So that really a join me into all I’m like so interested in this. And a lot of my friends are in the industry also. So they’re amazing people and I’m always learning a lot. And so that really inspired me. And then I started on defense. My only sense and then I was like I love it. And even I felt as a creator I’m not paid for it. So it was difficult for me as well. I’m here like doing like a building player. But it just the industry really I feel needs more support and more people like with passion. And really want to do something like really good about the community. And so that’s why I’m here. Yeah. I guess being gay in China isn’t exactly too popular with the people in the country. Yeah. Yeah. It’s different. Yeah. I’m lucky actually because I grew up like being gay being like kind of feminine or like not fit into the sporty boys and do things differently. Like into drawing dancing singing. So like a typical boy. But I’m lucky like I was quite accepted growing up. So really thanks to my family and my friends and the school. Yeah. So I feel lucky. Well at least you didn’t grow up in an Arab country. That’s a little more difficult. That’s a little more difficult. That’s why when I hear queers for Gaza I’m sitting here thinking. Yeah. Anyway. Yeah. Yeah. Go there and help them see what happens. What key lessons have you learned from working with creators and building player? Just like this I’ve been doing the same community and building trust. And we are in the world like with social media and they are just too much information and too many people and too many scams and counts and things like throwing on to you. And sometimes like we just don’t know what is real. What is real anymore. Very little. Yeah. So a lot of time is like am I talking to a real person or is AI or is someone so like that’s kind of personal connection is kind of lost. So I thought like it how to build that was like quite important. And really form a community and feel like we are real people and we support each other. So that’s really important. And also as a queer person in the gay community and we experienced a lot and like a day to day and the support in each other and how to be professional and be fun in this world. I would say. So yeah. So it’s kind of very relatable with our personal lives. Well you know you’re the you’re a member of a few groups that kind of feel that way. The gay community, the adult community, the creator community. All of those have to stick together and all of those have a family like feeling. Yeah. Absolutely. How have you felt entering the adult industry and what’s what’s been your take? Oh, I have to say like everyone is so loving and supportive. And when I talk to people about my idea and ask about their experience and really try to learn about it and everything is so open and so welcoming and they’re wanting to share and they have so many like so many interesting stories. And I was like, oh my gosh, this happened to you and sometimes I experienced the same. I was like, yes. And then we just found this and just keep talking like sharing about sharing with each other. So that’s like so beautiful. And I think to really talk to a real person and to learn like to show that we care. I care and they care about me too. So that’s so important and beautiful. That’s so true in adult and I say all the time that it’s a family and I’ve been in it almost a quarter century and it’s more the case today than it’s ever been because of all the attacks from the outside. What’s your take on that as someone that’s fairly new in the adult industry and seeing all the religious attacks and all of the government attacks with the age verification and all that. How has that struck you? I think like they are definitely like just industry is really special. We’re special people, special people. And even there are something in the world against us. But I think like just like I moved to this country and really be a fighter and really truly believe in yourself and want to make something out of it. I think that’s like a really important underluck in supporting each other and really just go for it and trust your God. I think that’s really important. You told me when we were just before we started that you spent some time in my home to in my hometown of San Francisco. How do you like that? It was different. I was I moved there from Boston actually. Oh, geez. And yeah. And it was right in the pandemic. So everything was locked. I stayed like an hour in the grocery store. grocery store line to get in. I remember. Yeah. Costco was wound around the block. I drove up and went, No, it’s not. I’m not standing in any line. I’ll pay more. It’s safe way. Screw it. Yeah, exactly. And I was in the few more center. So by the Japan 10s, I was like, you get a lot of good restaurants and I can go buy food. Yeah. And I remember like the gym was closed. So I love dancing. I need a mirrors. So I was literally has to go outside to find a building that with big glass doors. And then I just practice dancing choreography in front of me and with people watching by me. Like I have to unsin everybody just me and with a mirror. Did anybody offer you a tip since you looked like a street performer? Doorstop and take photos me. Video made out. It was fun. You should have put a tip to her. Yeah. Maybe I will start doing it in Central Park. Oh my. I said that now. Oh my Central Park. And actually some real parallels between Central Park and San Francisco. No two ways about it. Lots of weirdness to go around. There’s no two ways about it. How do you envision player shaping the future of collaborations between creators? I think like a, I would say like a player is going to help more people to connect and create more content and then exchange fan base. And also like really encouraging like a half in open door to newbies that who just want to just want exploring already in the industry. But in early stage to make a network and create content. So that I think like a lot of time when I started it’s like a lot of time you don’t know where to start. And some videos you shoot and like some ideas will have and it’s hard to validate. And so like creating a network and really communicate with other people and learn about other people’s experience. Also like a form you can find your niche easier and also make it easier for you to like become successful. So I think like this. Well, I want to play it to be an industry booster and having more people join and easier to join and then start a career in the industry. Should be a big help for new people. Yeah, they just like we study a lot like people in like a less than a year doing content and they’re like, oh, I wish I have it like already like where can I download it? Like really, I’m so glad to hear that those comments because it just they want to do something like it so they don’t rely on X algorithms to tell them who they see what their interest and the message got lost. Exactly. Why do you think collaboration is so important for creators? I think there are two perspectives. One is content. You create content like you learn each other, learn about each other style, adapt to each other style. I think it does like a professional growth for creators. And another thing is a changing fund base. So like it does like like I mentioned before is like a super key to collaboration. And so like from this two perpetrator is one like a personal growth and also the family change is like how do you market yourself and like increase the channel, your fan base. So I think there’s two players will definitely help like a collaboration to form collaboration and to create more content. What role do you see player playing in the evolution of the adult creator economy? I think we want to be everyone’s accelerator. I will call I will say it just to boost everything you do and to create content to find your niche and make a network and connect with the people and make friends even in the industry to share your stories. So I think that’s very important. And really for the adult creator economy is really boosting the industry and we get more people to get in and find it easy to get in and really explore their themselves in the area. Yeah. I mean, how hard is it to find your niche when you’re a creator? It’s quite difficult. I didn’t find mine. I was like just like collaborating with other people and they try to learn their style and to do enough and I know this is maybe not for me that it may be not for me. So I did and posted and I’m not really good at video editing and learning from others is really just like which type of what a person was fans were like. What kind of image do I want to have for myself? So there are all these kind of perspectives like from your content. And so it just like we’re trying to if we was okay, I want to make a cello potato chips. What a flavor. How the packaging should look like one name should I guess. And so like all of this like is it for guys who go so like it’s sweet or sour and all of these like you have to learn so much and then your producer is a production. So it’s a baby and then you want it to be like both and they have a fan base. So all of this is like quite difficult. Yeah, absolutely. I never really thought about that. Some great analogies there. How does player balance and powering individual creators while fostering a collaborative community? Yeah, so the first go like I thought for lunch is like a really formed community. And so we’re asking for creators drawing and really start to connect and we started and communicating each other with each other to find out is a professional space and I feel safe here. So that’s like what we’re trying to do and also to make it more creative like because when you have a lot of people and they meet and they can share ideas and what do I want you today. And I’m like I’m exploring this era and let’s do it. So like all this is like you can see more sparks in the conversation and the result is you have all the new contents being created from the community. And I would like to people to feel proud that like, oh, I did my collaboration to play it. I am a player. So I’m a player. Yes. How have you been marketing it by the way? So now you like we are basically like a real young word of mouth and really going to go into networks and the meeting people in the industry. That’s to introduce us and also like a shared with their friends and we have a earlier we had a sign up pre sign up form that people can join early for beta testing. So that’s how we’re marketing and also we go to experts and A.B.N. And just really meet people and send it like introduce us send out business cars and talk about flyers and to play it be a player. Create us find your next collaboration at play. Nice. What feedback have you received so far from creators and how has it influenced the platform? So feedback is like some problems we are not solving yet. One is the health part of it because as in the adult industry how these are important to getting tested regularly and to have your form ready and you are ready to work. And so that’s one thing we haven’t talked about because it’s different country have different regulations. So we’re different work on that and how to provide like about more valid information to to our content creators. And another thing is collaboration management. So currently along player you can schedule collaboration you can manage it in a basic way and because we don’t have like a lot of cloud hosting yet. So content sharing is still through Google Drive or job box any drive links you provide. And then also about content forms and because a lot of creators have their own forms and contracts to sign with each other. This kind of like a collaboration management and also they want to save what they want to shoot and share more content like their style with each other. And these kind of things like in our future is a future problem we try to talk about and the feedback that created give us. But like overall the feedback is really good and everyone is super excited about the travel feature and to like see who’s around and can find like sometimes when someone dropped and they can feel the spot right away. And the message when hey come to the club with me I’m free. There are this. And really just in that messaging like because you don’t have to look at someone’s handle and try to find this one this person’s email or message them on X anymore. So all of that and like people creators really loved it. Yeah. And they’ve all been verified. Yes. And everyone’s verified ID so you don’t run into a blank blank profile that you don’t know who they are and profile photos are required. And we have locked albums since we’re at our app. So the album will be locked but you have a public album that you can put your general photos and private albums. You can share more parts content with each other. So what are your goals for player in the first four year? Really just form the community and really like people know that to be a player and find to network with each other professionally. And so that’s like really our goal for the first year just try to do more for creators. And also we want to enhance our user experience and our features to solve more problems for club creators to collaborate. Okay. What excites you the most about launching player? The parties. Yeah. Actually like I think like a player is a party. Player is a party like for people to join and it’s like a bigger room and you’ll find people with similar interests. Bigger than 50 square feet. Yes. And so really just like just connect each other and I just imagine like when you go to a network event in the adult industry. Oh what’s your player account? You know like that it’s like me so much like to think about oh I’m a player. Oh what’s a player account. So this is my professional profile and we can work together. Why will I not be surprised in the next year or two if at some of these industry events there will be a player event? Yes. I will definitely work on that and we are hosting also hosting more launch parties in different major cities. Oh good. Yeah. You definitely invited if you come back to America. Yeah I do it occasionally. I turn out to do it too much. I have a different feeling about the country than immigrants but I come by occasionally just to say hi anyway. Usually two three times a year is enough for me. Thank you. I will send you all the invitations that you see which city you’re interested in. I love it. I love it. How can listeners support player during this early phase and beyond? Really just download player and sign up and go through our verification flow and really just find your people and find the community and really just try it out and give us feedback. We are going to reach out to us in what you want to see and what is not working well and give us like so we can improve it and that’s all we wanted. Yeah. Well yeah and another thing I can add is since this is a B2B podcast you’re going to get a lot of business people who know creators. So tell people about player. Do you have a referral program by the way? Yes. So if you we do have referrals and we’re working on that and to be more refined and in general like if you refer people you are getting like a one extra month free in the pro plan and such a user and we have like a special invitation code and if we also we’re always if you invite a lot of people we’ll give you an extra discount. Okay. Well I don’t know what I’ll do with my player account but that’s okay I’ll still I’ll still be glad to refer people. Please sign up because like in the future we are introducing actually later this year we are introducing business profiles on player. Excellent. We try to do it like a LinkedIn. What I like. You can recruit models. That’s interesting. You can recruit models. Tell me about that. That sounds real interesting. Oh awesome. So like a first phase is to build a community and then like what make people more successful is like a really increase your booking time and also knowledge assistance. The content creation industry is growing so much and a lot of labels and agencies are recruiting people and they’re managing the models. And so we want to find a play have this player as a LinkedIn profile for the industry. So we will create a live version and a mobile version for business accounts and to find your models. Yeah. Don’t just limit it to the creator economy make it for the whole industry. Is that something that’s definitely can use. All right. I will look for that and maybe we’ll have another conversation when the time comes. Cole. I’d like to thank you for being our guest today on adults. I broker talk and I hope we’ll get a chance to do this again soon. Absolutely. Thank you so much for having me and thank everyone for listening. Thank you. My broker tip today is part five of how to buy a site. Last week we talked about how to determine the value of a site, how to negotiate the sale and how to get to the point of drawing up an agreement. So now you’re talking to your attorney and you’re having them draft an agreement. What should be in it? Well, your attorney should guide you through the legal side. But here are some considerations to keep in mind from a buying standpoint. What’s the date you’d like to close? Make sure you know you’ll have the money to either pay the deposit or the entire amount of the purchase by that date. I’ve had buyers who aren’t ready and that just causes issues. Make sure that all of the assets you’re purchasing are in that agreement, such as every domain included in the sale, processing and payment accounts, relationships with vendors, all records including 2257 data, software to run the sites, and any other assets such as source code for the sites. Of course, it should spell out any payment schedule if there is one. Who’s responsible for closing costs, such as paying for escrow? And there are always terms that are unique to yours in the seller’s situation. This assumes you’re the party responsible for drawing up the agreement. If the seller is drawing up the agreement, then it’s important that you express all of this to your attorney so they can check the seller’s agreement and see if any changes are necessary. We’ll talk about this subject more next week. And next week we’ll be speaking with Daniel Stanica of Competico and Monetize.info. And that’s it for this week’s Adult Site BrokerTalk. And once again, I’d like to thank my guest, Cole Bing of Plaiir. Talk to you again next week on Adult Site Broker Talk. I’m Bruce Friedman. [Music] [Music] [Music] [ Silence ]
